## Executive Summary
Theme Experience Manifest A There are only so many hours that one could rest for, so, of course, calling it a day early on the previous day led me to wake up early on 26th September 2026. I knew that waking up at 0600am Indian Standard Time would help me reach the venue four hours later with the swags inventory. Since Samyak Jain had arrived on the night before and was planning on joining me for the next couple of days, one of the first things we did was to take the inventory of Ceramic Branded Coffee Mugs and Round Magnet Pin Combos that we had delivered to his relative's house.

## Architectural & Systems Analysis
From a mobile SoC, thermal envelope, and embedded Linux standpoint, this Steam Deck milestone highlights:

- **Dynamic Power Scaling (TDP Control):** Fine-grained APU clock gating allows sustained 3-8 hour battery life on indie workloads.
- **Gamescope Compositor Integration:** Micro-compositor isolation guarantees frame-pacing stability and system-level FSR (FidelityFX Super Resolution).
- **Immutable Root Filesystem:** A/B partition updates ensure bulletproof system integrity even after catastrophic battery exhaustion.

## Impact on the Open Ecosystem
Demonstrates that consumer hardware built on an open Linux kernel can compete directly with closed handheld ecosystems.
